If you do not own a copy of Feelings 101: Pain to Peace, you should not be on this page, and you should not be using or downloading the materials on this page. The materials on this page are not "stand-alone" tools; you'll need the book to understand how to use them.

The Feelings 101 Painful Pattern Tool is used in all Chapters of F101. It is available in portrait or landscape version (for printing hard copies only) or as a savable PDF form you can fill out and keep on your computer (and print hard copies if you like).
If you intend to print blank copies of the Painful Pattern Tool to put in a 3-ring Workbook Binder, print the format you prefer from below (portrait or landscape). You may want to print at least 10-15 copies to start with. Figure out how to flip the pages in your printer in order to print on the reverse side too. Front and back sides should face you correctly when placed in your Workbook Binder as you turn the pages.

Feelings 101 - 7 Spiritual Principles Record - is used in the last two chapters of both the original and 2nd editions of F101. We make it available (below) in either a portrait or landscape version that you print out, or as a PDF form you can fill out on your computer.
If you intend to print blank copies of the 7SP Record to put in a 3-ring Workbook Binder, print the format you prefer from below (portrait or landscape).
